FAQ / T&Cs
Basic Product Info
Please be aware that I hand-print and hand-cut all my items, so naturally there may be some imperfections in printing, cutting, etc. However, it also means each item is unique and is its own labour of love.
Original artworks come unframed, but are glazed with a gloss varnish that makes them suitable for framing with or without glass. The varnish also makes them light-fast and should retain their quality and pigment for many years.
All items are packed in materials with care for sustainability. I reuse a lot of cardboard for backing boards (so there may be some traces of their former lives), and these as well as the packing envelopes are 100% recyclable. I also use cellophane sleeves to pack prints as an alternative to plastic.
Refund / Exchange Policy
For all products and especially original artworks, all sales are final. That said, if products arrive significantly damaged or there is a mistake in your order, please send me an email with your name and order number and I will work with you to sort it out!
Shipping & Handling
How long will it take to process and post my order?
Please allow 1~3 business days for processing. Domestic postage generally takes about 1~2 weeks, international shipping from Australia is notoriously a bit crazy and can take anywhere from 2~6 weeks. I will notify you if there are any significant delays with your order from my end.
Tracking
For printed goods, there will be an option to add tracking at checkout. Otherwise these are sent as standard mail without tracking information.
Larger orders or original artworks will have tracking included in the postage. You will receive the tracking number with your postage confirmation email.
What countries do you post to?
I will post anywhere that AusPost allows! Check here to see if your country is excluded. Any import/customs/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Postage is free Australia-wide, add $10AUD for international shipping. I am at the mercy of AusPost for these prices I’m afraid.
Commission Info
Commissions are personalised and can be a somewhat lengthy process depending on the scale and complexity of the project. I will work with you each step of the way and share progress pictures to ensure the outcome is what you want.
I will take a 50% deposit after discussing the project with you to secure the commission, and the remainder will be invoiced on completion. Delivery of the final product will take place once final payment has been received.
I reserve the right to reject a commission at any stage of its progress. If payment has already been made, I may offer a full or partial refund depending on the situation. In any case, I will work with you to ensure the best outcome.
